Ester Pashtranjaku is a software engineer and the founder of RARE NODE. Her work brings together full-stack development, product thinking and visual design: shaping the interface people see and the operational systems that make it useful.

RARE NODE brings Ester’s interests in software, product ownership and distinctive digital experiences into one studio. Its founding idea is to approach the visual experience and the underlying system as parts of the same product.
That means thinking about the entire journey: how a customer discovers a business, what they can do online, and how the team manages the work behind the scenes. It is an approach expressed in the studio’s words: Design. Technology. Experience.
